Giving through EITC
Logos Academy participates in Pennsylvania’s Educational Improvement Tax Credit (EITC) program. In 2001, Pennsylvania Act 4 established the EITC program. Act 4 authorizes the award of tax credits to businesses that make contributions to scholarship organizations.
You may receive a tax credit of 90% of your gift if your business commits to two consecutive years of donations. If your business donates for one year, your business may receive a tax credit of 75% of your gift. Your company can donate up to $200,000.
Qualifying for the EITC program is simple. Your business must pay one of the following state taxes:
- Corporate Net Income Tax
- Capital Stock Franchise Tax
- Bank and Trust Company Shares Tax
- Title Insurance Company Shares Tax
- Insurance Premiums Tax
- Mutual Thrift Institutions Tax
To learn more about the EITC program, contact Jason Lewis at 717-848-9835, ext. 26.

EITC is only one way a company can give to Logos Academy. Some businesses choose to contribute to specific projects, like the Building Fund, or donate equipment for our offices and classrooms. To discuss all of the giving opportunities for your business, contact Jason Lewis at 717-848-9835, ext. 26.
