Re-Enrollment Instructions

Enrollment for the 2020-2021 school year is open for current Logos Academy students.

STEP 1: COMPLETE YOUR GRANT & AID APPLICATION (January 6 through April 15) 
*If you don’t have your 2019 Tax Return, you may not continue!
**Please complete one Grant & Aid application per family (not per child)

  • Open the link:
  • On the Login screen: 
    • Use the same username or password from previous years
    • If username/password is forgotten, click “Forgot Username/Password” to retrieve your previous login information
    • If this is the first time logging on to FACTS Mgmt, create a new username and password 
  • Select the 2020-2021 school year
  • Search for our school by entering our zip code 17401, then click on Logos Academy
  • Begin the application

STEP 2: COMPLETE YOU 2020-2021 STUDENT ENROLLMENT (Deadline June 30)
*2019-20 tuition balances must be paid in full by this deadline. 


  • After completing your grant & aid application, you will receive an email containing the scholarship amount awarded to your student. The email will explain the process to accept your scholarship. You will then select your payment plan option through FACTS Mgmt. You are now ready to complete the re-enrollment application.

Look for an instructional video and re-enrollment workshops coming soon to assist families with the FACTS Parents Web applications.


Instructions for completing the re-enrollment application:  


*Your enrollment information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later.

  • School Code is LG-PA.
  • Enter your User Name and Password. Click Log In.
  • Forgot your UserName? Contact Melissa Rebustillos at You can then reset your password if needed.
  • Click Apply/Enroll, then Enrollment/Re-enrollment.
  • Click Start Re-enrollment Packet and complete information. ($11 FACTS fee)

Enroll a Sibling
To enroll a sibling of your current student for the 2020-2021 school year:

  • Click Application.
  • Click Create a New Student Application.
  • Submit the New Student Application. ($50 FACTS fee)
