Re-Enrollment

During this time we realize families are faced with many unknowns. We know many of you are concerned with re-enrollment and financial assistance applications for the 2020-21 school year. To keep the process moving as scheduled, we will be using the 2018 tax information you provided to us last year. Please take the time to review the following information to assist you in your re-enrollment process.

In the past, families were asked to fill out 2 online applications: 

  1. “Grant and Aid” application in FACTS Management ($35) (COMPLETE NOW- Click HERE
    This is the application that asks you to upload tax/income information from the prior year. You will NOT need to upload tax or income information for 2019. This application will need to be completed and submitted by April 15th. By submitting the Grant & Aid application you are indicating your intent for your student to return to Logos Academy for the 2020-21 school year. Upon completion and submission of the application, your student  will have a reserved seat on the roster for the 2020-21 school year. We will be sending scholarship award emails to families beginning April 17th. This email will contain your scholarship amount, along with directions to set up your payment plan.

The deadline to select a payment plan has been moved from May 30th to May 15th.  You must select a payment plan to complete the enrollment process, and confirm your commitment to return.

If you are a family that does not wish to apply for “Grant and Aid”  and are planning to pay the full tuition amount for the 2020-21 school year, please contact Lisa Knier at lisa.knier@logosyork.org. Your student will be placed on the 2020-21 roster and enrollment secured with your full payment plan.

2. “Back to School Registration” in ParentsWeb (formerly called “re-enrollment application”) THIS IS NOT BEING USED FOR THE PURPOSE OF RE-ENROLLMENT. Communication will be sent in May.

We realized several months ago that the information gathered from this application was merely updating information currently on file. Most schools will request this information to be updated just before or at the very start of the school year (emergency contacts, address, email, phone numbers etc.). We will be re-naming this packet as the “Back to School” packet to end it’s confusion with “re-enrollment”. Communication will be sent in May signifying when to complete the “Back to School” packet.

In Summary:
  • ▢  STEP 1: Complete your “Grant & Aid” Application by April 15
    • Go to FACTS Management financial aid application: https://online.factsmgt.com/aid
      (
      Only the parent who is the primary account holder with FACTS Management will have access to complete this step of the online re-enrollment process. One application covers all children in your family.

      • Use your previous username and password. If you do not remember your login information, select “Forgot Username/ Password” on the login screen. 
      • Select the 2020-2021 school year
      • Search for our school by entering our zip code 17401, then click on Logos Academy
      • Begin the application
  • ▢ STEP 2: Select your payment plan (by May 15)
    Starting April 17, you will receive an email containing the scholarship amount awarded to your student. After you have accepted your scholarship award, you will need to select a payment plan option through FACTS Mgmt.

**REMINDER: Pay your tuition in full by July 31st and receive a 10% discount off your 2020-2021 tuition ($20 FACTS Fee).  This applies to families who selected a one-time payment option.
